It's just a tiny mistake, they forgot to type the other P :p well heck, it's not "some people can't speak English", it's spell, not speak. Uh-oh, looks like someone gotta check up on her dictionary here.PS. Even native english speaker often forget how to spell. Get over it. Surely they don't misplace spell with speak though. Haha.
